Laughing Waters is situated in the Cape Floristic Region.  This is by far the smallest floral kingdom in the world and yet it holds more flowering species than any other.  Fynbos constantly amazes us with its sheer diversity of species that are found nowhere else in the world. The ericas and proteas are some of the most conspicuous.   

At Laughing Waters we enthusiastically grow a variety of proteas including King Proteas, South Africa’s national flower.  Our flowers are sold both locally and to the export market.
